Seated Massage Therapy Program            

A licensed massage therapist provides a 15 min massage to your employees in your office setting.  Employee remains fully clothed and is seated in a portable chair designed especially for relaxations.  The muscle therapy provided consists of gentle compression, kneading, percussive strokes and gentle traction.  No oils are used.

 

            Pricing:

• ·         1 – 5 employees - $14.00 each for 15 min
• ·         6 – 10 employees - $12 each for 15 min
• ·         11 or more - $10 each  for 15 min

Let us customize a plan to take care of your wellness and prevention needs throughout the year.  This program requires a coordinator.  The coordinator will be responsible for announcing activities, posting and collecting sign-up sheet(s), distributing tracking/progress log, bi-weekly newsletters, quick-tip sheet and evaluation survey.  The coordinator will also help participants share their resources with co-workers.
