Appointment and Cancellation Policy
To ensure your preferred times, we recommend that you make reservations in advance. A valid, authorized credit card and current information are required to secure bookings. If you cancel your appointment within less than 24 hours, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, or if you are a No Show your reserved credit card will be charged a $25 fee. Groupon vouchers are subject to forfeiture for late cancellations and No Shows.
For leisurely enjoyment of your full treatment, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late, you will be charged for the entire session and will only be granted the remainder of the session.
All products carry a money back guarantee minus shipping and handling. Must return products within 7 days. No returns on services. Exchanges or credits will be issued on a gift card. Sales of gift cards and gift certificates are final.
It is customary to provide your service provider 15-20% gratuity if you were happy with the services provided.
To ensure a serene environment, please turn off your cell phone or pager upon arrival. No children under the age of 12 permitted without an appointment or prior approval.
When booking service appointments please inform us if you are pregnant. Zen Wellness performs prenatal massages after the first trimester of pregnancy.
If you are currently using Retinoids or Alpha Hydroxies, you must discontinue use one week prior to waxing. It is extremely unsafe to wax anyone using Accutane. You must be off Accutane for six (6) months before booking a waxing appointment. Please let your esthetician know if you are currently using any topical medications.
When booking a facial please inform us if you are currently on Accutane or using Retinoids (Retin-A, Retinol or Tazarac).

80/94: Take 80/94 East to 394 South. Take the first exit, Glenwood Dyer Road and turn left. Continue on Glenwood Dyer into Indiana (Glenwood Dyer Rd turns into Route 30). Take Route 30 East to Plaza 833 a block before Indianapolis Blvd on the right hand side, next to Round the Clock resturant, on the South West corner of Indianapolis & Route 30(Lincoln Hwy). Enter from Route 30(Lincoln Hwy).
