Appointment and Cancelation Policy

To ensure your preferred times, we recommend that you make reservations in advance.  If you cancel your appointment within less than 24 hours notice, your reserved credit card will be charged $25 fee.  Authorized credit card and current information are required to secure bookings.

For leisurely enjoyment of your full treatment, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.  If you arrive late, you will be charged for the entire session and will only be granted the remainder of the session.

 

Return Policy

All products carry a money back guarentee minus shipping and handling. 

Etiquette

It is customary to provide your service provider 15-20% gratuity if you were happy with the services provided.

To ensure a serene environment, please turn off your cell phone or beeper upon arrival.  No children allowed under the age of 12 without prior approval.

Pregnancy

When booking service appointments please inform us if you are pregnant.

 

Waxing

If you are currently using retinoids or alpha hydroxies, you must discontinue use one week prior to waxing.  It is extremely unsafe to wax anyone using accutane.  You must be off accutane for 6 months before booking a waxing appointment.  Please let your esthetician know if you are currently using any topical medications.

 

Facials

When booking a facial please inform us if you are currently on accuntane or using retinoids(retin-A, retinol or tazarac).

 

Privacy Statement 

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address.
